We’ll email you a 6-digit sign-in code. Enter the code and you’ll land in the Wholesale Collection with your wholesale prices.
No. Each time you sign in, we email a sign-in code to the address on your wholesale account. Use the newest code we send you.
Wholesale prices only show in the Wholesale Collection when you’re signed in with the email address on your wholesale account. If you’re signed in and still see retail prices, email customercare@stonecityfarm.live.

Yes. Each item is sold in full case packs, and your cart only accepts quantities in full packs:
Orders of $300 or more ship free to the lower 48 states. Orders under $300 pay regular shipping, shown at checkout.
Orders are packed and ready to ship within 3 business days.
Yes, at our Tenino store only: 297 Sussex Avenue West, Tenino, WA 98589. Choose Pickup at checkout. Pickup is free.
Pickup hours are Thursday–Saturday 12–6 p.m. and Sunday 12–5 p.m., closed Monday–Wednesday. We hold pickup orders for 7 days. Please have your name and order number ready.
No. Wholesale orders either ship or are picked up at our Tenino store.
Ordered from us in the last 6 months? You’re already on Net 30. New shops pay their first order by card at checkout, then move to Net 30 after a second order within 6 months.
If your account has Net 30 terms, checkout shows a note with your payment due date, 30 days after you order. You’ll see two choices: Choose Payment Method Later, which is selected for you, or Credit Card. With Choose Payment Method Later, nothing is due today. You can add an optional PO number, confirm your order, and pay by the due date.
If your account doesn’t have Net 30 terms, you pay by card when you check out.
